Justin Goldsby is a Canadian actor who has been arrested for the violent death of his foster child, Niecko. The incident took place in 2009, and Goldsby was arrested on suspicion of child abuse. After a lengthy investigation, he was convicted of murder. However, his lawyer is disputing the findings, and the case is likely to go to trial.

Goldsby has apologized to the family of the victim, who he killed.

Goldsby’s attorney, Victoria Lynn Blumhorst, is aware of Goldsby’s history of abuse. As a child, his mother was a drug addict and placed him in ten different foster homes.
